Late Registration (After July 1, 2010)- $475
Resident- $99 (Lectures only) or FREE with attending DPM from your program
Guest Fee - $99 (For guests attending seminars and social events, lectures not included - Full Registration required for lectures)

Registration also includes: Surgical Techniques DVD, all social activities and events, beach blanket bingo on Duval Street, my worst tsunami poolside chat where attendees can bring case to discuss.

The total CE contact hours offered for this seminar is 20. Please sign in at the GTEF Registration Desk for the following segments of the seminar:
FRIDAY & SATURDAY- sign twice daily SUNDAY- at noon

The CME form is a 2-part form and you keep one part for your records and turn in the other part to GTEF to keep on file. GTEF will keep record of CME hours for 2 years.
